Monday and Wednesday: 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm, Poughkeepsie Middle School pool.
Tuesday and Thursday: 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Maplebrook School pool (Millbrook).
Friday: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm, Poughkeepsie Middle School pool.
